Thank You for Wonderful Service!Hello! It is so rare these days to receive consistently excellent service, so when it does happen, I think it is so important to say "thanks for a job well done!".
My son, Paul, has been coming to you for 2 1/2 years or so. The service we received from your office, and I mean EVERYONE in the office, has been outstanding. Paul got his braces off this week. He looks gorgeous, so grown up, and most importantly, he feels great about himself. Dr. Eshelman pulled off a miracle, I think. When we looked at the "before" pictures, we are amazed at what was accomplished! We appreciate Dr. Eshelman's polite, patient manner. I particularly appreciate the patience of the treatment (no ligation!), and his respect for the fact that the parents occasionally have questions. Neither he nor the technicians ever seemed bothered by parental curiosity!
The office runs like clock-work. Not once in 2 1/2 years was there a mis-placed appointment; nor were we ever kept waiting for an appointment - amazing! (Could you please talk to our dentist and teach them how to run an office??). Convenient appointments were fairly easy to get, and the reminders were helpful. All those extra touches in the office, such as video games, fresh baked cookies, and coffee are so much appreciated. It makes life so much easier when the patient AND the siblings are eager to get to the office!
Also, I was never treated with anything other than unfailing politeness. The staff you have is a treasure!
One more thing...thanks so much for bending over backwards to help Paul get his braces off before Christmas. He had an appointment for December 27, and we asked to be put on the waiting list. Sure enough, an appointment became available on December 20, and you gave it to him, with an appointment that afternoon for 4:30 to pick up his retainer. I know what a sacrifice the late appointment was when everyone is trying to get out of the office during the holidays. This is just another example of the typical service we have received from you.
My 11 year old, Christopher, has a mouth full of crooked teeth, and rather than dreading 2-3 years of visits, I have to say that we look forward to seeing you again soon.

I appreciate all the care you have shown to all my three children. Katherine is coming to the end of her braces, so now all of my kids have beautiful teeth because of all of you. Your staff is so professional, friendly, and just full of wonderful people. Dr Eshelman: during spring break, I took my 2 sons for 3 orthodontic opinions here in The Woodlands. You were the most conservative, you and your coordinator explained the problems, the reason for the treatment and the reason for not doing what another orthodontist recommended and worked out the financial aspect to help with my flexible spending account funding. The boys really like you and your staff.
PS The game room was an added plus (Dads like to play games too)

The experience this office has really shows. It seems you can’t find offices with staff that stays for Years and years. Dr Mardaga treated me as a teenager in his old Sawdust Rd. office and now he Is treating my children. I just started my second child here. This is very comforting. I like familiar
